ASOMEX Sponsor Information Sheet

Sponsorship Description

Sponsorship is a program, whereby companies, institutions or organizations may take the opportunity to promote their products and services at different ASOMEX activities, in exchange for a sponsor fee of US $400 Dollars.

The sponsorship period will be for one year beginning on the date of registration.

The basic sponsorship fee provides the opportunity to attend any or all ASOMEX conferences or workshops to display products or services, or to just meet informally with staff or administrators.

Sponsors may wish to show extra support by sponsoring a meal or a break during conferences and workshops, or to provide support for speakers and materials needed. ASOMEX will acknowledge the sponsor’s generosity among the attendees.

Conference Exhibits

The sponsor should contact the host school organizing the event at least two months in advance.  Exhibit details will be handled individually, by ASOMEX member host schools, for all ASOMEX activities and events.

Procedure for becoming a Sponsor

All registrations to become a sponsor should be channeled to the ASOMEX Vice-President, Ms. Janet Heinze, to whom the registration form and payment should be sent, either by courier, fax or electronically. The registration information is available on the official ASOMEX registration form.

The Vice-President will send the ASOMEX Member School Directory to the sponsor and will include the company’s information in the directory of ASOMEX SPONSORS, which will be published each school year and distributed to all Directors and Sponsors. All Sponsors information will be posted on the official ASOMEX website at the moment of registration.
